Milk + Avocado+ Mango smoothie
Avocado is the superfood for babies. Its like butter but healthy. Mountain Boy used to eat it a lot but i got lazy because avocado is really expensive and difficult to store. It takes forever to ripe, it's good for 2 days and then it spoils. Reintroducing avocado is quite a challenge now because it's an acquired taste that can be easily forgotten.
I actually love the banana/avocado smoothie combination but he hates it so a friend recommended mango to mask the strong avocado taste. I don't quite like it and i think he doesn't either. So guess we'll have to move on to something else. Maybe i try guacamole?
