I've been wanting some homemade
jiaozis for a while now. But i dread sitting there alone, going through the dough and the meat by myself. So i got myself a helper! Gingerblossom turns out to be a pretty good
jiaozi wrapper, hers are very fat and full of filling, twice the size of mine.
Her nimble hands at work. We had to keep the production line going fast cos the husbands just kept on boiling and eating as we made.
